Example Recipes

Yellow River Bass in Sour Cream

4lbs. Yellow River bass

6 slices of bacon

2 c. sour cream

Chopped fresh parsley

Clean and filet the fish. Microwave the bacon until crisp. Lay the fish in a shallow baking dish and cover with sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees until the fish flakes easily. Check at 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon and fresh parsley before serving. 6-8 servings.

Crab and Crawfish Quiche

Mix:

½ c. mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. flour

2 eggs, beaten

½ c. milk

Add mix to:

1 c. cooked crabmeat

1 c. cooked crawfish

8 oz Gruyere cheese, grated

½ c. green

Stir till blended and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
